Enterprise Development Grant (EDG)

The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) is a grant offered by Enterprise Singapore (ES) to support businesses in their growth journey. EDG is the result of the merging of 2 previous grants: the Capability Development Grant (CDG) by SPRING Singapore and the Global Company Partnership (GCP) grant by International Enterprise Singapore (IE).

Financially healthy Singaporean companies with a minimum of 30% local shareholding.

     

  • How Much Support?

Up to 70% of qualifying project costs for SMEs and up to 50% for non-SMEs.

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Your company must be registered and operating in Singapore with a minimum of 30% local shareholding and financially healthy. Speak with any of the SME centers or contact Enterprise Singapore (ES) if you need help
  2.  

  3. Pick a consultant with strong credentials, diverse clientele across different industries and extensive experience in grant applications. A good consultant will be able to identify your key business growth needs and propose impactful solutions.

  5. Prepare a business proposal. You will need your latest ACRA business profile, past 3 years’ audited financial statements, current P&L, staff count and key internal team members’ biographies. A strong consultant will be able to advise on the best way to angle your proposal
  6.  

  7. Log in to Business Grants Portal with your CorpPass. Make sure you have your completed business proposal, consultants’ quotation, and consultants’ certificate. An experienced consultant will be able to guide you through the application.
