Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data The Brand Theatre ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Data controller: [ADD REGISTERED COMPANY NAME AND ADDRESS]. Contact for privacy questions: [ADD CONTACT EMAIL].
What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive:
- your name, email address and organisation
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- the message you write
Like every website, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs. These include your IP address, browser type and the pages you asked for. Logs are used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your contact details only to reply to you and to talk about the work you asked about. We do not sell your data. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores two small things in your own browser:
- your light or dark theme choice, so the site remembers it next time
- any test data you enter in the Custom CRM demo, so the demo keeps working while you explore it
This data stays on your device. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Who else sees your data
Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger. They process data for us under their own security and privacy terms. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server, so your visit is not shared with font or image services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop us using it. Write to [ADD CONTACT EMAIL] and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
